O tratamento das informações básicas de cada petição segue as regras definidas internamente na instalação do PJe, como classes, polos, assuntos entre outros atributos. Caso alguma regra interna do PJe não seja respeitada, o envio da petição apresentará um erro e sua possível causa. Por exemplo, a primeira instância pode definir o tipo de pessoa do polo ativo para uma determinada classe, se este tipo não estiver correto na mensagem encaminhada ao WebService, o sistema recusará informando o problema ocorrido.
